Hey Lt G...maybe PFC Das Boot & SSG Boondock shoulda asked those ChAir Force Engineers for advice on how to build a better kite...who knows maybe then they would have been able to make it work. 3)Have someone hold the kite, run out the string about 40-50 feet, and now run, if you have any kind of wind at all, you will be flying.
